Bill Stevenson has more than twenty years as a senior leader of human resource organizations, including serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the CUNA Mutual Group. He brings a seasoned perspective to our leadership development initiatives, helping clients build positive corporate cultures, and positioning the human resources function as a pivotal influence in building strategies for corporate success. His earlier corporate experience includes significant work in assessing management potential and management development.

In addition, Bill has more than ten years experience providing a broad range of human resources consulting services assessing the effectiveness of HR organizations, structuring reward systems and compensation plans, improving performance management systems, coaching both senior and mid-level managers, and designing succession planning processes.

Bill received his Masters degree in administration from Kean State University and completed additional graduate studies at Rutgers University.
